Same model. A single static platform licence (like an M365 tenant — one price for every organisation), per-user seats (like E3/E5 seats), and client packs (like add-on SKUs). Annual subscriptions include two free months. Three-year terms lock your price. If you've procured Microsoft licensing, you already know how to buy ORCA.
What is a client pack?⌄
A bundle of 10 engagement brains. Each brain is a fully isolated knowledge store for one client or project. You buy packs in increments of 10 — if you have 15 clients, you need 2 packs. Unused brains in a pack can be activated any time during the term.
Can I add seats or packs mid-term?⌄
Yes. Additional seats and client packs can be added at any time and are prorated for the remainder of your term. They inherit your existing commitment rate — annual or three-year.
What does price protection on the 3-year term mean?⌄
Your rate is locked for the full three years. If list prices increase during your term, your renewal rate at the end of year 1 and year 2 remains the same. The total cost is annual × 3 — no discount, but complete protection against price movement.
How does ORCA handle sensitive client data?⌄
Three layers. Constitutional minimisation at the prompt level, Named Entity Recognition tokenisation before storage, and AES-256-CBC envelope encryption with per-entry keys wrapped via Azure Key Vault. The knowledge base never contains raw PII. Enforced in code, not policy.
